Yes. CEU can be purchased and applied to Chromebooks at any time after the hardware purchase. The devices are enrolled in Admin Console when CEU is activated. However, any period between purchase and CEU activation is a period of unmanaged operation. Buying CEU with the hardware and enrolling devices immediately is the recommended approach.
Is Chrome Education Upgrade available for private schools in India?
Yes. CEU is available to any verified educational institution — CBSE, ICSE, state board, private, government, or college. What happens to CEU if a Chromebook is damaged beyond repair?
