Our team visits your site to measure room dimensions, ceiling height and layout; assess acoustic properties (echo, ambient noise levels); check existing cabling, power availability and network access points; and understand your meeting use cases and participant count. The survey takes 1–2 hours for a standard room and is conducted free of charge. We then produce a room design and equipment specification document within 48 hours.

Yes. We handle Category 6 / 6A network cabling, HDMI and USB cable routing, conduit installation and cable concealment as part of the integration. For electrical work (new power points, UPS connections), we coordinate with a certified electrical contractor and include this scope in the project plan. All cable work is labelled and documented in the as-built drawing.

Absolutely. We assess your existing equipment and recommend what to retain, what to replace and what to add. A common upgrade path is adding Zoom Rooms or Microsoft Teams Rooms software to existing displays and replacing only the camera and audio components. We document the existing setup before any changes.

Every installation includes a full UC commissioning phase — we create and configure the Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms profile, bind the camera, microphone and speaker to the room system, apply network QoS for video traffic and conduct a live test meeting before handover. We only sign off when the room joins a meeting with a single touch.

Our AMC includes scheduled preventive maintenance visits, remote troubleshooting for AV and UC software issues, on-site support visits within agreed SLA timelines, hardware replacement for covered equipment, and UC license renewal coordination. AMC is available as Basic (remote-only), Standard (remote + 1 on-site per quarter) or Comprehensive (remote + unlimited on-site + next-business-day parts replacement).

Yes — hybrid meeting room design is our core specialisation. We ensure camera field-of-view covers all in-room participants, microphone coverage has no dead zones, and the room display shows remote participants at life-size. We test the room with a remote participant during commissioning to confirm the hybrid experience is symmetric for both sides.

Project cost depends on room size, equipment tier (Cisco/Logitech/Poly/AVer) and UC platform. A standard huddle room starts from ₹1.5–3 lakh (equipment + installation).
