Yes. Poly Lens is the cloud management platform for all Poly devices — you can check device health, push firmware updates and configure settings for all rooms across multiple offices from a single portal. Cloudfy can also manage this on your behalf.

Yes. We supply genuine Poly hardware through authorised channels with full India warranty. Warranty terms vary by product — typically 1–2 years hardware warranty. Cloudfy provides warranty claim management as part of our AMC service.

The Studio R30 is a USB video bar designed for huddle rooms and small meeting rooms. It plugs directly into any laptop via USB-C and works with any UC app — Teams, Zoom, Webex or Google Meet — without any additional licence for the device itself.

A standard Poly Studio X room (all-in-one, ceiling mount not required) takes 1 day for hardware installation and 1 day for UC platform configuration and testing. Large or complex rooms with structured cabling may take 2–3 days.
