It is powered by large language models combined with your Microsoft 365 data — emails, documents, meetings and chats — to give you context-aware AI assistance without leaving the apps you already use.
How much does Microsoft 365 Copilot cost in India?
Microsoft 365 Copilot is available as an add-on at ₹1,496/user/month (annual billing) on top of an eligible Microsoft 365 Business or Enterprise plan. Cloudfy Systems also offers bundled pricing — Business Basic + Copilot at ₹2,245/user/month and Business Standard + Copilot at ₹1,829/user/month. All prices are approximate INR and billed with a GST invoice.
Which Microsoft 365 plans are eligible for Copilot?
Microsoft 365 Copilot can be added to Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, Business Premium, E3, E5 and F3 (Frontline) plans. It requires a work or school account — personal Microsoft accounts are not eligible. Cloudfy Systems can advise which plan best fits your team's needs.
Is Microsoft 365 Copilot available in India?

Does Copilot access my emails, documents and meeting recordings?
Yes — that is a core part of how Copilot works. It can access your Microsoft 365 data (emails, Teams messages, documents, meeting transcripts) with your permission, to give you context-aware responses. Your data stays within your Microsoft 365 tenant and Microsoft's enterprise data privacy commitments apply — it does not train public AI models.
What is the difference between Microsoft Copilot (free) and Microsoft 365 Copilot (paid)?
Microsoft Copilot (free) is a general-purpose AI chat tool available to anyone. Microsoft 365 Copilot (paid) is deeply integrated into your Microsoft 365 apps — it can read your emails, documents, Teams conversations and calendar to give context-aware responses. The paid version is what gives real business value for Indian teams using Microsoft 365.
How long does it take to get Copilot set up?
